Election for the Police and Crime Commissioner for the Cambridgeshire Police area. The polling station in the Village Hall will be open from 6.00am to 10.00pm. Photo ID required to vote.

Shyla's Bike Ride
Nine-year-old Newton resident Shyla Brown is cycling 100 miles to raise funds for her friend Harrison and his brother Finley who have Batten's disease and for research into the condition. Batten's is an incurable life-limiting degenerative disorder. Visit Westfield Road at any time during the day to support Shyla's appeal and to cheer her along the route.

Annual Parish Meeting in the Village Hall
19:00 - Join the members of the Parish Council for a celebration of life in Newton-in-the-Isle. Meet your Councillors, and hear about their achievements during the last year and their plans for 2024. Village groups will have a chance to talk about their work. Doors open at 7.00 for a 7.30 start. Tea and coffee will be served on arrival.
