Ladies Club Talk - Opium Eating in the Fens
19:00 - The Ladies Club welcomes back Dr Eric Somerville, who will talk about Opium Eating in the Fens in the 19th Century, when half of the opium imported into Britain for home use was consumed within 40 miles of Wisbech! Open to all, (gents included!), with an admission charge of £3 for non-members.
